Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The room was plenty large with a HUGE balcony overlooking the water and the cruise ship terminal, featuring a comfy king bed and a convenient pullout couch. The hotel truly felt like the hub for my entire trip with its prime location and excellent facilities, though service could be a bit slow at times. The dining options were top-notch, offering some of the best buffets I have ever experienced.
My stay at The Reef exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay for my wife, 2 tween boys, and me. The hotel met all our needs perfectly.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well appointed with views of Paradise Harbor and the ocean, but the food and drink costs were outrageous. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being moody and unprofessional while others were friendly and helpful. The location was a bit hectic due to the crowds from cruise ships, but the resort facilities including pools everywhere and an underground aquarium were amazing.
The hotel rooms could use some freshening up, but my stay was super comfortable and always clean. The room was very spacious and had a full kitchen with all the appliances you could need, which was a great plus.
Wow, my stay at The Reef was amazing! The rooms are spacious and provide all that is necessary for one's stay, but being individually owned, the experience may vary based on how well the owner takes care of it. The service was a bit lacking, as the staff seemed rude and overpriced, but the food wasn't that great either. The location is stunning, set in lovely gardens at a quiet end of the resort, but there were some issues like towel policies and lack of staffing. The dining experience offered wholesome food, but there were some limitations on options. Overall, The Reef has its highs and lows, providing a mixed experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools thanks to Erin, Reef, and Cove booking manager’s prompt response and assistance. However, some aspects of the service left a bit to be desired, as the hotel seemed in a hurry to close up early. The location was nice in comparison to other hotels at Atlantis, albeit a bit crowded. The dining experience was satisfactory but didn't offer much variety. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
